After last nights (13th June 2025) rain and thunderstorm, we have extensive flooding damage to our office in Dover. So the office will be closed for the time being whilst repairs are made.
We will continue to work from our Deal, Folkestone, and Sandwich offices as usual.

Our drop in sessions on Tuesday and Friday in Dover are cancelled for now.
If you live in Dover and would like advice, please call us on 01304 272499 during our opening hours. Please note there may be a delay to us calling you back whilst we make alternative arrangements for the continuation of our work in Dover.
Everyone at Dover, Deal & District Citizens Advice is working hard to make sure we can continue to serve the residents of Dover.
